Patricia Rambold, Registered Massage Therapist in Kelowna

“I use my hands to facilitate healing. I help people decrease their pain levels and improve their quality of life.”

Patricia graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2000 and has spent more than two decades helping clients in Kelowna move and feel better. One of the things she's known for is finding that fine line between just enough pressure and not too much — a skill that comes only with years of attentive practice.

Her work centres on the fascial system, which she finds the most effective lever for creating lasting change in the body. Layered on top of that is a deep knowledge of how nerves and arteries respond to touch, along with a wide range of other techniques. “That variety is what lets me work deep in the body with a light touch when that's what's needed,” she says. Over the years she has pursued ongoing continuing education, including Structural Integration, to keep expanding what she can offer.

“I pride myself on connecting with the whole person — understanding what's going on in their life, not just their body.” That trust-first approach shapes every session, whether you're working through a long-term Structural Integration series or coming in for focused massage therapy.
